An irreverent and self-paced fusion of kickboxing, boot-camp and practical self defense created by a karate black belt and personal fitness trainer. Appropriate for folks of all ages, shapes and levels of fitness. We’ll play games, run drills, and work together to increase our power, strength, speed, agility, balance, reaction time and confidence. |
